DSL TRUST(R) Shimoga got Registered in the year
2002. Even though the aim and objectives of the
trust is the deed, a specific service sector was not
selected. The main vision of the trust is focussed on
service to humanity by rendering.

During the year 2004 Aug-15" sharanya
inaugurated, serving to advanced and
terminally patients by adapting pain

As a next step ahead during 2005 to 2006 a team of
doctor, nursing was formed and started home care
services. Our team visit patients house suffering from
such disease and providing services like checkup, putting
I.V. dressing of wounds, giving them bath, counseling, and
all together a compassionate atmosphere among patient
and their family members is developed.

Home care service is very much beneficial to a short surrounding
distance of in and around shimoga city but to attend patient request
and need of far away places was very much difficult to render services.
This can over come by inpatient service. During 2010 Trust was able to
construct two rooms where patients can be admitted as in patients.
